LISTENING TO: John Denver - Leaving On A Jet Plane Although I always love traveling, it's situations like this that always make me love it more. I found out literally just over 24 hours ago that I would be on a plane to Florida, and here I am, now in Florida (not a bad work perk at all). Flying out of cold New Jersey spring of Newark and into the actual Fort Lauderdale spring was a nice plus. The last time I was in Florida, it was for a high school trip to Disney World - and honestly, that's really the only part of Florida I've ever really found myself visiting multiple times (what can I say; I'm a Disney kid at heart). So I was excited to be in a new place, even with such a short amount of time to actually spend there. First off, the Westin Fort Lauderdale is absolutely beautiful.
